How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: From the App
- Open the Sahel Pro app
- Go to Profile (bottom navigation)
- Tap Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
Option 2: Contact Us
- Send an email to info@s-app.ai with the subject "Delete My Account"
- Include the phone number associated with your account
- We will process your request within 48 hours
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number, avatar)
- Your saved delivery addresses
- Your favorites and recently viewed products
- Your shopping cart
- Your loyalty points
- AI chat conversation history
What We Retain
For legal and accounting purposes, we retain the following for up to 7 years after deletion:
- Order history and transaction records (anonymized)
- Payment records (required by Jordanian commercial law)
Processing Time
Account deletion is processed within 48 hours of the request. You will not be able to recover your account after deletion.
